Oasi del Quadrone natural reserve

Il Quadrone wildlife reserve, established by the Province of Bologna in 1985 is an important resting and nesting place for birds. The area is characterized by marshland, riverside woods and wet meadows; these form a ‘complex’ that is well suited to tourism and environmental education.

The educational farm and visitor centre host workshops for school parties and guided tours for people of all ages throughout the year.
