Casalfiumanese
On the border with the municipality of Imola, perched between the Sellustra and Santerno valleys at 323 metres above sea level, stands the tiny parish of Pieve di Sant’Andrea, built before the year 1000.
To this day, it retains the typical imprint of a medieval castle: partly enclosed within walls, with a 10 metre high tower guarding the gullies below.
The Pieve is now privately owned.
