A real Renaissance jewel, the Cortiletto delle Fontane hosts three beautiful shell-shaped fountains; three sandstone columns support the loggia.
Under the ribbed vaults of the loggia, eight circular niches once housed the marble busts of the family’s most renowned members; today, just on remains, that of Lito Alidosi, bishop of Imola and Cervia in the early 1300s.
A 12-step staircase (each step had sandstone sacella that created an enchanting play of water) connects it to the lower floor, which houses the Cantinaccia premises.
It is inside of Palazzo Alidosi.
