Our recently renovated house combines the charm of traditional architecture with modern comforts. The independent and tastefully furnished apartment consists of a double bedroom with a small walk-in wardrobe, a cosy living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a single sofa bed, a bright bathroom with a window and shower, and a charming private outdoor courtyard. We have taken care of every detail to ensure a safe and pleasant stay: the property has been completely rebuilt recently, is earthquake-proof, energy class A4, free of gas systems and harmful emissions, equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, controlled mechanical ventilation, Wi-Fi, TV, induction hob, fridge and toaster. In addition, you will have access to private parking with a reserved parking space. Ideally located opposite the Museo della Cooperativa Ceramica, just 500 metres from the railway station, a stone's throw from the lively Piazza Matteotti (1 km) and 2 km from the historic “Enzo e Dino Ferrari” racetrack.

‘La Barchetta’ is easily accessible on foot from the train and bus stations, as well as by car from the A14 motorway exit (Imola tollbooth, 4.5 km away). From here, you can explore the historic centre on foot or set off to discover the wonders of Emilia-Romagna thanks to excellent public transport links.
