The Tenuta Poggio Pollino is located on the hills of Imola, which offers a splendid view over the valley below the river Santerno.
In summer, the almost constant breezes that caress these slopes cool evenings allowing pleasant break from the heat.

The winery:
Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Harvest is strictly manual to allow selection of the best grapes.
The vinification using controlled temperature, aging in oak barrels and aging in the bottle, allow to obtain excellent and refined wines.

The restaurant:
It is located on the top of the hill, surrounded by vineyards of Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot: a perfect setting for lunches, dinners, ceremonies, special events and business lunches with seasonal menus based on the excellent products of the territory.
The restaurant offers a selection of traditional cuisine based on local produce at 0 km (or almost): The meat and sausages from Clai Imola, cheese from Officine Gastronomiche  Spadoni, wines and beers from Brewery La Mata in Solarolo .
