Frantoio Imolese was born in Imola in 2004 by an old fixation of Rossi family, engaged for years in the popularization of olive-growing over the territory .
The olive-growing area now comprises more than 2500 trees mainly divided in Leccino and Frantoio variety, but also Pendolino, Picholine and Corregiolo.
The most spectacular and old olive grove, is located on a terraced ridge facing south-west, and dominates the whole valley of the Santerno, while the most recent extends in the area next to the mill and in the neighboring fields a few kilometers away from the Enzo e Dino Ferrari.
The farm is associated all'ARPO , the regional association of olive growers, and also has an experimental and demonstrative section dedicated to regional olive-growing, which annually organizes training courses in the field and discussions on olive-growing in general.
The farm maintains direct sales, online sales and tastings.
