In the '60s Enrico Scheda acquired Tre Monti Sant'Anna: 30 hectares of arable land, fruit trees and vineyards.
The turning point came in the '80s when the planting of the first vineyards of Albana, Trebbiano and Sangiovese grapes yields DOC and DOCG wines.
In 1998, after the entry in the company of the nephew Marco, agriculturist, they decide to bottle the wine, before sold only in demijohns.
Today the farm takes 45 hectares (divided into three neighboring farms), 20 of which are vineyards and the rest are orchards (apricots, peaches and plums). Recently has been introduced other high-quality vineyards:
Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Barbera and Pignoletto.
In the new winery's tasting room everyone can taste the wines exclusively made from grapes grown in these vineyards, thanks to modern technology and respecting tradition and craftsmanship.
