Peaches Pie



100 g flour,

50 g potato flour,

2 eggs,

4 halves of peaches in syrup,

100 g butter,

100 g honey,

1 sachet of vanilla leaven,

grated lemon peel.


Recommended honey: acacia honey or your favourite.


Preparation (difficult - 45 min.): 

Mix the soften butter, liquid honey, eggs, flour and potato flour.

Add the peaches cut into pieces, then add the leaven and the lemon peel.

Pour in a greased and floured mould.

Bake in oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
