Ingredients (for 4 people):
300 g sugar;
5 spoons of water;
1 kg Romagna peaches (not too much ripe).
Preparation (easy - 30 min.):
Caramelise sugar with two spoons of water on average flame.
When the sugar is liquid and golden brown, take away from the flame and add peaches in slices.
Mix peaches and sugar with a wooden spoon.
Serve hot or chilled.
