Ingredients:
Rennet or Golden apples,
butter,
honey,
fresh cream,
powdered cinnamon.
Recommended honey: lavender honey or your favourite.
Preparation (easy - 30 min.): peel apples, remove the core and slice them about 1 cm thick.
Grease a pan and line with apple slices, adding a flake of butter below each slice.
Spread apple slices with honey and bake them for 15 minutes.
Serve with honey and cinnamon blended whipped cream.
