Mascarpone with honey



200 g fresh mascarpone,

4 spoons of honey,

2 eggs,

biscuits or sponge fingers,

dark chocolate.


Recommended honey: aromatic, caramel blended honey, heather honey or honeydew.


Preparation (Difficult - 1 h 15 min.):

Cream mascarpone with egg-yolks and liquid honey. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add softly to the cream.

Pour into cups and chill in the fridge for some hours.

Serve with biscuits or sponge fingers and grated dark chocolate.
