Ingredients:
stalks of celery,
Gorgonzola,
ricotta,
honey,
thyme.
Recommended honey: soft flavoured honey, sulla or acacia honey.
Preparation (easy - 15 min.): Clean the stalks, cut in pieces of 15 cm.
Mix gorgonzola, ricotta and honey and adjust proportions according to your flavours.
Fill the stalks, put them in the fridge for an hour and sprinkle with thyme.
Serve as a starter.
