Ingredients (for 6 people):
900g fillet,
150g Parmigiano chips,
6 mushroom caps,
200 ml liquid cream,
100 ml olive oil.
Preparation (medium):
Cut the fillet into even pieces, pound them slightly and add the seasoning. Sauté them in a frying pan with some oil. Prepare the grilled mushrooms. Set them on each fillet piece and sprinkle with Parmigiano chips. Soak with fresh liquid cream and cover. Cook and ice over moderate heat.
