Ingredients:
prepared frozen pastry
300 g honey,
300 g ground walnuts,
teaspoon of rhum
Recommended honey: Millefiori.
Preparation (hard - 45 min.):
Melt walnuts, honey and rhum.
Grease and flour a cake mould. Divide the pastry in two halves and use one of them to line the mould.
Fill with the mixture and cover with the other half of pastry. Pinch the border to seal it.
Bake it at 180°C for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or dark chocolate icing.
