Ingredients:
white spring onions,
butter,
honey,
broth,
vinegar,
salt.

Recommended honey: aromatic honey, thyme honey.

Preparation (easy - 15 min.):
Clean spring onions, cover with vinegar and water, let them rest for some hours.
Drain the onions and gold them in a pan with some butter. Add honey and let it caramelise.
Pour the broth, cover the pan and cook on low flame until the onions will appear tender.
