Brutti ma buoni (biscuits)



500 g of peeled almonds,

400 g of honey,

250 g of flour,

3 egg whites. 


Preparation (Medium - 15 minutes):

Cut the almonds in halves lenghtwise, mix with liquid honey and add flour. Beat egg whites until stiff and add softly to other ingredients.

Grease a pie-dish with butter or cover it with greaseproof paper.

Pour the mixture in spoonfuls separetely one from another.

Cook in oven at 160°C until they're browning.

Remove from the pie dish when they're chilled.


Recommended honey: Millefiori.
