- Civil cases up to 5 million;
- Causes of damages from accidents (including damage caused by vessels) up to 30 million;
- Reasons for failure to comply with trees and hedges distances between individuals;
- Cause for monthly concern (extent and patterns of use of services);
- Disputes concerning emission of smoke or heat, fumes, noise, vibration and similar in private dwellings;
- Exercise of the settlement procedure in civil matters;
- Objections to administrative sanctions (restrictions apply)
