The Anusca is the National Civil State and Registry Officers Association and plays a major role in the field of local government in matters within its competence.
Founded in 1980, has its national headquarters in Castel San Pietro Terme.

Organization of refresher courses and training for operators demographic (in collaboration with Prefectures) throughout the country.
Answering questions on Civil Status (on-line at www.anusca.it), annual national conference on issues of great relevance, as (for 2000), "Electronic Identity Card", the "voter ", the" digital signature ".
The Anusca also produces a monthly newsletter and the quarterly "Tell Anusca" that sends free to all individual members (over 2,800) and the municipalities (about 3,000) enrolled in the current year, as well as send, every third Friday of the month, the business daily "Italy Today".
