The Association Musica Viva was founded in 2003 to disseminate the knowledge and practice of music.
To this end, it organizes music laboratories with instrumental and vocal courses, attended by many children and young people in Castel San Pietro, and promotes concerts, performances, talks and lecture-concerts for schools and the public, in other Italian cities.
One of the main aims of "Musica Viva" is to create opportunities where music can express, together with professional musicians, including children, young talent and fans.

The Association offers courses and workshops in groups with qualified teachers and experts, all professional musicians.
It wants to develop the pleasure of music at any age, encouraging moments of meeting, the playful and highly formative of making music together, and prepare more interested in passing exams and being admitted to the Conservatory.

Members can enjoy music together in various vocal groups and be part of the new INSTRUMENTAL ORCHESTRA DI MUSICA VIVA !
The Association collaborates with various and interesting initiatives with other musical organizations in Castel San Pietro Terme, and in particular with the Dozza Musical Association.
