Thanks to regional funding, the municipal administration is waiting to complete some environmental projects aimed at the ecological balance of the local area, such as the rehabilitation and recovery of the vegetation in the former dump of via del Piano.

This area was used as a solid urban refuse dump for about 30 years and definetively abandoned in 1986. Now it looks like a hill covered with clay soil.
The project provides for the recovery through earth movements, construction of pedestrian paths, creation of a small wood and thicket.

Thanks to the intervention of Bonifica Renana Association, the ecological reorganization of Oasi del Quadrone expected the cleaning of the irrigation canal and its bottom, its new sectioning, the planting of autochtonous species, the restoration of the buildings existing along the canal.
