Lake Scardovi Park

The big lake was created from the clay cave that served the nearby furnace (which is still visible, together with the long path). The walking path along the river side is surrounded by trees typical of the lake environment, with poplars, silver poplars and salici. In the past few years it has turned out to be a perfect place for bees and apiculture. It has become a regular visiting place for families with children who want to stay in contact with birds: swans, Nile's ducks, valley germani and other species.

The so called "lake tour", completely surrounded by nature and far from noises and smells of modern life, is approximately 800m long.

It is a much appreciated distance by those who are fond of jogging and walking, who make the lake lively with their presence, even in winter.
