This farmhouse rises near Villa Coralupi Calza, restored in the middle of the 18th century. The farmhouse probably dated back to the 17th century and could be older than the villa. Its façade is characterized by irregular and asymmetric openings. The building is surmounted by saddleback roof and includes a cattleshed, a hayloft and other spaces.
By now, nobody lives in this farmhouse, which is used to store a number of farm tools. This edifice is quite interesting as it constitutes an integrated whole with the villa. Indeed, the two buildings share the same entrance path and part of the surrounding grassland. The farmhouse and the villa are a remarkable example of rural architecture in the 17th and 18th centuries.
