The bell tower of the archpriest church of St. Mamante rises in Piazza Garibaldi (Medicina's main square) nearby but not annexed to the church.

It is therefore an autonomous edifice standing almost in the middle of the square. This 53-metre sturdy tower was built in 1952 by Carlo Francesco Dotti and it is both simple and imposing. It has five windows in each side while the belfry features a more elaborate Ionic style and is surmounted by an elegant spire.
