This small tower rises in the middle of a 19th century building located just in front of Palazzo della Comunità along Via Pillo which runs parallel to Via Libertà, Medicina's main road.
The tower was built between the 13th and 14th centuries and is characterized by small "humpbacked" arches typical of the Venetian or Moresque style.
The tower was part of an ancient residence which was lately rebuilt with a more modern aspect.

How to get to Medicina
Follow the Highroad S. Vitale (SS 253) up to Medicina, then take Via Libertà. Via Pillo runs parallel to Via Libertà.
