The building houses the trade-union headquarters and it was built in 1948.
It features a "rationalist" architecture with a semi-cylindrical staircase structure.
The hall on the second floor is decorated with a series of murals painted by Aldo Borgonzoni in 1948.
These works were painted directly on the wall and deal with the themes of labour, war, liberation and rebirth.
