Painted Wall Art Gallery
In Dozza there's the first and unique Italian modern art gallery "en plein air".
The overlapping of the contemporary art (from Neo-realism to Pop Art, from Geometric abstraction to Fantasy Art) and the medieval structure of the village gives to Dozza a special atmosphere.
"Biennale del Muro Dipinto" is the great exhibition that takes place in Dozza every two years and increases the number of works of art.
The village hosts more than 90 works of famous artists such as Matta, Mascellani, Saetti, Sassu, Keizo, Pozzati, Tournquist, Licata and others.

How to get to Dozza
Turn left at the junction for Dozza and run along Via Calanco until you reach the village. From Bologna, follow the highroad Emilia and turn right at the junction.
