The memorial tablet dedicate to the Italian Fallen hangs on the front wall of the Town Hall. Is has a rectangular shape and bears the inscription:

The memorial tablet was hung in 1867, on a patriotic commemorative demonstration, in remembrance of the citizens of Castel San Pietro Terme fallen in the struggle for freedom and independence.

How to get to Castel San Pietro Terme
This memorial tablet is on the main wall of the Town Hall, in Piazza XX Settembre (XX Settembre Square).
Every year, during the celebrations of April 25th and November 4th, a laurel wreath is placed at the foot of the memorial, in remembrance of the citizens of Castel San Pietro Terme fallen for the cause of freedom.
