It is a building of the second half of the XVI century, that has never been completed. It belonged to Legnani family, but then it became a property of the Malvezzi.
It is located on the first line of hills, along Quaderna Stream, and was originally surrounded by a big park and gardens with an entrance typical of the Renaissance style.
