The church has a neo-Romanic and neo-Gothic style and it was unveiled on October, 18th 1903.
It houses valuable devotional works and images as well as a floor in Venetian style.

How to get to Castel San Pietro Terme
The church is located a few metres form the highroad Via Emilia (SS 9), just at the entrance of the hamlet of Osteria Grande.
On May 31st, 1999, Cadinal Biffi consercated the new altar and unveiled the pavement and the presbytery.
